New Members / Howdy from South Carolina, USA« Last post by KillrInsdeMe on Yesterday at 07:11 pm »Currently own an 09 VStrom 650 that I cant seem to give away, but trying.
During a lot of window shopping for another bike, I kept thinking to myself.... DCT and Shaft drive seems like a perfect combo for what I'm looking for. I was shopping Africa Twins and GS', but I'm developing some pain in my left thumb so started leaning more towards a DCT. A random ad popped up in Facebook Marketplace for a VFR1200 (not X) that piqued my interest. Thats how I found out about the X model and here I am. Hoping to sell the VStrom so I can start seriously shopping for a 1200x. I think it tics all of the boxes for what I'm looking for. Came here to do some reading and browse around a bit...... Crosstourer - General Discussion / Sensitive Throttle« Last post by Crash on Mar 30, 2023, 08.16 pm »Hi all!
I bought a '17 Plate Crosstourer about 2 months ago now. I bought it from a Honda Dealer. Delighted with the bike overall but not very happy with the throttle at low speed which is either open or shut, especially at low speed holding it at steady revs appears impossible. Searches have shown me that this is obviously a known issue & has been discussed before. What I haven't found though is a solution I'd be grateful for your recommendations please folks Thanks  9
