As a "throttle lock" they work fine as long as you are riding on flat roads.  If you want to maintain a specific speed and encounter elevation changes then they are incredibly frustrating and distracting as you will be constantly making adjustments to maintain your set speed.  I used mine twice and then gave it away, I do a lot of long distance riding and needed an actual "cruise control".
If you really want one though, Amazon has them for $10. https://www.amazon.com/Motorcycle-Throttle-Universal-Silicone-Lightweight/dp/B08K7PMCF6/ref=sr_1_8?crid=HGUY3JTULGC2&keywords=motorcycle%2Bthrottle%2Block&qid=1701359442&sprefix=motorcycle%2Bthrottle%2Block%2Caps%2C150&sr=8-8&th=1
