Do you mean the upper half of the instrument casing is cracked?

That's expensive... part no is 37610MGHH21 and it's about €184.00.

You'd probably have to buy the entire unit if you found a used one at a dismantler's - there's one in Lithuania, but it's £399.95 (about €458).  :005:

To get to the instrument gauges you have to take a lot of the front cowl apart. The procedure starts on page 2.10 of this section of the manual:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sQ-7pBUr1MzCkx2zPCAfWVnDy8vApvwy/view?usp=sharing

Once the gauges are off, two screws separate the casing halves.

Not sure how the instrument cover relates to "removing a headlight lamp", though.  :027:

Glad you already have the part you need.

Procedure should be the same apart from your windshield fitting - you'll have a height adjustment mechanism to deal with. Hopefully you can remove it without pulling it to pieces as it looks complicated.

Yes, the cover is what I showed in yellow and gave the part number for - €184 at CMS in the Netherlands.

    Good luck!

Too bad you have to take so much apart just to access the instrument binnacle - which just takes a couple of screws to disassemble.  :187:

Watch out for the switch rods that sit on the printed circuit when removing the upper half of the unit.
