    Have you got the correct model and also a spacer is required on later model years as per assembly instructions.

    I have grip puppies on mine together with the Kaoko lock and it works just fine.  As mentioned above there are two versions dependent upon which model CT you have and it's important to have the correct one.  But fitting was a doddle and it works ok.

    Thanks so much, gents. I have a 16 CT and I believe the correct model Kaoko. But I have no spacers. That might be the fix. You guys rock!

    So here’s a pic of mine Tex. I used the one referenced on the Kaoko website here:
    https://kaoko.com/product/hnd200/  You can clearly see the thin spacer ring. Kaoko are really helpful so if you are having any issues then give them a shout. I’m sure they’ll assist.
