Just purchased my first ADV bike and absolutely love it! Just looking to find the best things I can do to prolong the life of my new bike!

Oh man.  LaGrande is a fantastic place for jumping off.  You've got a great bike for doing that, too.  Love going out past the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and dropping down to the Snake River,  If the FS road is open, you can go over the hill from Wallowa Lake into Hell's Canyon.  Used to live in the NW, and I really miss the fantastic roads.  Enjoy your bike!

I'm from Olympia, Wa.  I was just on a road trip in that area 2 weeks ago, Pendleton, Hells Canyon, Dooley Mountain, John Day etc.  Love it!!  I'm going back again after Labor Day but will explore more of Idaho as well, Grimes Pass, Stanley, Sun Valley and then return over Lolo Pass.

I toured that area a few years ago, great memories of the Lolo pass and Stanley and many other roads, forgotten highways on the Butler maps. Idaho is a stunning place.
