    Hi All from Waterford Ireland.
Having recently joined the Forum, I have taken ownership of 2014 CT ( DCT) today.
Looking forward to trying something new, have had a host of bikes in last 35years
Many questions will arise I'm sure as I get to clock some miles and get acquainted  with the new arrival.
One thing for sure will have to do something with wind buffeting which seems to come from everywhere.
    Kind Regards pjoe

    Hi Pjoe,
    and welcome from Meath.
You must be the tall variety or have you the standard screen fitted?
Best of luck with the new girl.

    Cheers
    Tom

    Thanks Tom,
I'm 6' tall, there is a Honda touring screen fitted and its not so much what comes over the screen as whats catching my shoulders and lower body.
No problem in this mighty weather, but with colder and wetter weather it wont be so nice.
I have a mind to get winglets and wider screen which will certainly help. I'm only getting to grips with the bike at the moment but delighted with what I would consider an underrated bike.
Actually bought the bike from Co.Meath would you believe.
    Thanks for the contact
    Drive safe, Regards Pjoe

    Great Pjoe,
Hound is a member on here and has tried these winglets, he has some photos posted.
I have a Givi screen that is taller than the tall Honda one and has no buffeting for me ( I am a shorter variety), but there are others on here that have had no luck with it! My brother has a CT also, so it's easy to compare different stuff fitted to the bikes.
Did you buy private or maybe CC unlimited in Kells Co. Meath?

    Tom

Thanks for the info Tom, Yes will try the winglets at some stage ,I'm drawn to the the Puig screen and spoke to a forum member that

has one so that's probably first in line.

    A private sale yes indeed.
