Just awaiting delivery of my low mileage 2015 CT DCT - replacing much loved Z1000SX (swapping due to gouty big toe). Looking forward to the V4!!

You’ll love it! (If you don’t then there’s something wrong with you! :008:)
    Perhaps meet up sometime.

Thanks! Mine has the OEM fog/spotlights but I may look to do something with dip/main beams - I've got used to the LEDs on the Ninja and they are outstanding.

    Hi and welcome.

If you find you want to try a genuine low seat once you get your bike there's one for sale near Kings Lynn in the "For Sale" section.  :028:

    Hi and welcome splodger283.
I have fitted the Osram H7 LED HL next generation bulbs to the CT, A good improvement but the price is excessive, but compared to fitting extra spots and brackets and wiring, I suppose it makes sense.

    Cheers
    Tom

    Welcome Splodger!

I plan to go LED too, but for now I have Osram Night Breaker Lasers in. They seem pretty good, and much whiter than yer average halogen.

How easy / difficult is that to do Tom? Are you able to provide a diy guide and where did you get the components from please?

    Cheers.

I'm surprised to see that the Osram LEDriving HL (Next Generation) H7 bulbs "are not ECE-approved and must not be used on public roads in any exterior application".

    https://www.osram.com/ecat/LEDriving%20HL%20H7%20Gen2-LEDriving%20HL-LED%20high%20and%20low%20beam%20lamps-Car%20lighting-Automotive/com/en/GPS01_3143582/ZMP_4059095/  :138:

Then again, swap 'em out at MOT time for some halogens and I'm sure nobody will check in between.  :164:
