Yup.  I do.  And no pages are missing.  Just so you know if you do want it I’m away in Arizona right now and won’t be back until Saturday morning.

Off topic.  I went to ship the book at the local Pack & Ship.  They wanted 30 bucks citing fuel surcharges.  I went directly to the USPS and for the same service it is 5.71.  The USPS employee said that any vendor of theirs can charge whatever they want as long as they pay them the actual postage.   I don’t think a book requires 25.00 of fuel for a consolidated shipper.
