    Hello all.
Just bought myself a 2017 dct. (Not highlander)

I liked the bike enough to buy without going to see it. Must be mad.

Never been on it yet but already shopping for bigger screen, exhaust and luggage.

Nice to be part of the forum.

Welcome to the Crosstourer Clan! I did the same as you - bought mine unseen (except for photos). I researched it first
though. Tweaked it a bit and the first time I rode it was a month later, taking it for its MOT!

Today I meant to clean the wheels and the mud splashes on the lower part... got it on the abba stand and then thought
"Sod this... I'm going for a ride." So the bike is now just as grubby (or grubbier) than before.

    Enjoy your Crosstourer!  :046:

I've got to wait a week for my current insurance to end.

They wanted silly money to transfer the bike for one week.
I need the no claims bonus also to bring the price down. Only been back to biking for 1 year and it's amazing how much you save with 1 years NC.

It will be the cleanest bike when it finally gets out.

I was surprised how light the bike was pushing it around. I was expecting trouble due to the listed weight but it seems fine pushing it into my garage.

Hi, I'm also in the north east and recently bought a 2013 black non DCT Crosstourer without going to look at if first. I picked it up cheap, probably due to a poorly written listing on eBay. Had some nice extras, SW Motech handguards and sump guard, K&N filter, Givi crash bars, top box and foglights, and a hugger and brand new AX40 tyres, though none of those were mentioned in the listing, all the listing was, were a couple of pictures and the service history.

Swapped the Givi Trekker 46 topbox for my Outback Trekker 58a and added PLR racks for my matching Kappa K-venture 37a cases
Insurance was silly without my 7 years no claims so had to take my old St1100 off my multi bike policy as I can only have 4 bikes with my current underwriter.

Still have a few jobs to do to it, next purchase is a link pipe for one of my spare Delkevic end cans, Probably a Ti X-Oval.
