Hi, what are the two small bulbs in the headlight at the top on either side for? new owner looking at stuff, they are not mentioned in owners manual.

Hi Chickenwire,
They are side lights, W5W lamps. They are redundant as the dip beam is on all the time. Maybe in some countries there is a light switch like bikes of old and they are useful then.
We used to use them when parking or in the early evening before it was necessary for dipped beam.

They're also known as
Position Lights
and are in fact shown on
Page 107
of the Owner's Manual. As Tom says, they're
W5W
bulbs and their specification is on
Page 127
.

I replaced these bulbs with an LED alternative which are brighter, almost 100% sure I use these now for years : Philips X-Tremeultinon Led W5W-T10
I saw pictures somewhere of a CT with orange position lights to standout in traffic more I guess.

Yes in the manual, now i wonder what else i missed, anyway thank you. They were a delete over here, we called them city lights from over there.
