    Hi All
Just asking what is a good tank bag to purchase? There is a tank ring on the bike at the moment but don't know the size or make or is a standard for the CT
    Thanks in advance

I guess it would depend on what you want from the bag. I have a givi tank-loc, just big enough for phone, glasses, change etc. I like it for tolls and passport when travelling.
I personally don't like a huge bag in front of me. The tank angles sharply, which makes the choice awkward. Particularly if you can't try it first.

We are heading to France in March so just want to hold  personal stuff phone etc but would like to take it with me when I'm refueling and the likes.

More brands have a tank ring. You always swap it for another ring compatible brand/type/size.
Be aware that the ring and bag should match. E.g. find the bag you want than lookup what ring you need to use.

Some bags come with a shoulder strap. Make sure you close the bag before walk away with the bag on your shoulder.  :008:
