New here - no CT but hoping to remedy that soon!

Another newbie here - hello to you all!

I don't have a Crosstourer yet - I'm searching for one. I narrowly missed demonbane's sumptuous Highlander DCT because I spent too much time trying to nail someone to transport it!

I'm in North Wales and have an ST1300; I'm struggling a bit with clutch and gearshift due to loss of feeling (neuropathy) so a semi-auto looks like a grand solution for an old codger.

I was originally looking at the BMW R1200GS but it's hard to give up a Honda V4 isn't it?

Hoping to learn from all the knowledgeable folks on this forum. Raising a glass to you!  :031:

    Welcome Hound to the forum,
I'm sure there is a low mileage beauty with your name on it somewhere!

    Cheers
    Tom

Glad to say that you were right, Tom. I picked up a nice DCT with a mere 9000 miles from a true gentleman.

Now trying to arrange for someone to transport it across the country for me - can't wait!  :002:

Very pleased to hear this Hound. Best of luck. you are very lucky to get low mileage bikes in the UK for small money. Not a option here, sadly.

    Cheers
    Tom

Well done, but to get the true benefit you should drive it back. It’s what it’s best at!

    Thanks fellas!

You're right of course, Murphy. If it was summertime and the bike had an MOT I'd certainly be more inclined to do so!
