Anyone know if a front spoke can be replaced without removing the tyre? Maybe by deflating the tyre? Thanks

I'm not a wheel builder, but if you have to, it certainly looks feasible if you deflate and compress the tyre wall.

Yes that's pretty much what I did in the end, bit of a bugger but got it done.
