I’m selling my 69 (Feb 2020) plate DCT Crossdresser. It’s still in manufacturer’s warranty (3 years for Crosstourers). It’s done about 5000 miles and is in excellent condition as the build quality is typical Honda. None of your engine paint flaking off here. The DCT box is excellent and does exactly what it should do. It allows you to waft along without of any of that annoying clutch pulling and gear changing malarkey. If one does wish to experience the sensation of changing when one wishes, then you can switch to manual and use the up and down buttons on the handlebars. It’s also got Honda heated grips that are nice and toasty too. The tyres have about 3mm left on them.
It’s got Kappa Garda panniers and a mono key givi top box. They do not look like they have actually been used in anger. These are a lot better than the leaky Honda luggage. It also has the quick release givi pannier frames. They take a couple of minutes to fit and when they are off the bike the lugs are very hard to spot.
It’s got crash bars and bungs. It’s got a Garmin/BMW nav 6 cradle with push buttons. Obviously, Sat nav isn’t included.
So what am I asking for this piece of Japanese loveliness? Well it’s a bit hard to price as there are so few of them and they are in dealers. However, I’m looking at £8250 or £8000 without the luggage and frames.
I’m based in Plymouth.
