Living in North Shropshire our area is famous (infamous) for the peat bogs that have given a unique habitat for strange wild creatures -fish eating spiders, and maybe our most celebrated resident "Pete" whose remains from 8000 years ago were found a few years back.
Luckily my bike lives in a good garage with power to keep the battery optimised. I wont be using the bike until Spring-unless sold- and have liberally sprayed it with CPF or whatever the letters are -supposed to chase away condensation etc. I have a centre stand so think it's better on that than the side stand.
any suggestions to keep it happy over the winter as I am not a polisher so don't relish a big job in the Spring!

Your doing everything I would,, maybe get the front tyre off the deck if you can to prevent flat spots, or just get plenty of pressure in it. It's a good idea to brim the fuel tank to prevent corrosion, I'd be tempted to use super unleaded as a10 supposedly attracts moisture more than before.
