    Hi there..just joined group in the hope to solve a problem..I have crosstourer with damaged heads...have got hold of vfr1200f heads and they seem the same apart from cams..can I use the if I replace swap cams and cam timing sensor...cheers 😉

    Have a look at the part numbers on somewhere like Partzilla and see if they match.

    This will be the first post after 10 years about a cylinder head problem!
    Was it an oil problem or what happened please

    It was an accident and while the bike and me were lying there..the bike was on full revs....when I re started it it was clear a couple of valves had been damaged so rather than mess around with that I go two low mileage heads cheap.
    Was told that just cams different..
    But trying to get some information..cheers
