    Just dropped the crosstourer was standing still miss judge the weight took to honda yesterday the plastic panel at the bottom of the bike was.connected to the engine casing very silly thing to do literaly laid it down but its broken its a nuisance are they right i have to replace engine casing its a shame not worried about the scratch but apparently my bash plate will not fit now which ive been waiting for over a month sw motech with such a fragile underbelly it doesnt seem worth putting bash plate on because i cant see how that connection will.only stap so there dont seem a point of having bash plate hope make sense

    As far as the bash plate, it probably depends on which one you have.
    The hepco and Becker version has round bar that goes up to the engine mount
    where you have to remove the mount spacers that go between the engine
    and frame and replace them with the bash plate fixings.

    I was quite impressed when I fitted mine.

    Thank you i ordered the sw motech bash plate i thing it is similar fixings
