Hi VfuRry, I'm new to the CT and this forum and I noticed your question. I've used Sutton Motorcycles in Tamworth a few times for a few different bikes (but not yet the CT). They have always been fine for me...no issues to report. However last time I called in they were undergoing a transformation in that they were taking on the Triumph brand as well as Honda. I think they said downstairs would be Triumph and upstairs Honda.
