Just wondering if anyone has come up with any Diy pannier protection for oem panniers, I have been looking at the table corner protectors you can get of ebay but they don't look like they will fit the rounded edges, any ideas, there are some novel ones from the people republic but they are probably not actual size shown

Just had a search for 'suitcase corner reinforcements' and a number of interesting options came up. record box corners look useful but getting the same radius may take a bit of digging. Worth a try though.

The black/grey "plastic" parts look like something you could stick on a luggage case.
But where can you buy these kind of parts???
