2013 heated grips wiring?

Hi All,

Can anyone advise on the following: I'm trying to pre-order the right plugs and or harness to wire in an accessory point/socket on a 2013 CT with Honda heated grips already in situ. Anyone already done this that might be able to advise what I might need as I can't work out if the grips will be hard wired or might be running off a quartet type multi point harness. Long shot I know but if anybody has any pearls of wisdom I'd appreciate hearing.

If you have honda heated grips fitted I think you will already have the quartet harness,

you should see a red plug, this is for the 12v socket

That's what I'm hoping, I planned on obtaining the right plugs to fit into any spare sockets then connect various via these plugs as required. I've found the right plugs (I think) so I'm nearly there.

If you have OEM heated grips than you will find red plug under left cowl.

Personally I've cut it off and replace to kind a universal waterproof plug to fit some better phone holder with fast charge usb integrated.

I have a pack of these exact plugs/sockets on route just in case. Either way I'm sure I'll get it sorted.
