strange noise from the front suspension HELP

will you help experienced owners of a crosstourer :)?
the front suspension makes a lot of noise in my machine, previously I did not pay attention to it and I do not know whether it is normal or not, I recorded videos,
I replaced the bearing of the frame head and the seals with oil in the lags at the mechanic's
how is it with your machines?

how do you see my rebound setup? I think it's bad

one more question, if you are driving 210 km / h because I was driving like this once and my steering wheel cracked, is it normal at this speed?

No, this in definitely not normal. There should be no noise at all.
I have taken my front suspension apart a few times and thinking of the parts in it i even cant imagine what may cause this sound and still seem to work.
My advice is to take them apart to see if anything is broken and if there is still oil in it.
When you have them apart the i suggest to upgrade to a set of Hyperpro as well, they give you better and safer riding especially when you ride those speeds often.

two months ago there was a lag service

Two months ago the tyre on my Ténéré was still fine but yesterday i had to change it 
But what do you mean with "lag service"? Is that some Polish MOT?
In that case it's just a recording of the moment and i don't think taking the suspension apart is part of that service and if it was it's not necessarily guaranteed that there are visible signs of damage in the near furure.
I know they working on the roads in Poland but a lot of roads are still in a bad shape causing more wear and tear on the suspension.
If a lag service is indeed like the English MOT (or Dutch APK which is not for motorbikes) and this sound was there already it wouldn't pass inspection, otherwise they better stop with that program.

service, I mean lag dismantling and replacement of seals and oil in a motorcycle mechanic's workshop. from the site I did 500 km on the highway

Oh, you mean leg.
In that case, was this sound immediately after the service?
If that is so i wonder if they didn't make a mistake putting it back together. As i said, this is not normal and very strange so shortly after a service.

Maybe thay did smoething wrong, so you schould go to them and let this be checked! This does not sound good! Check the all things around forks, and breaks and fender, maybe is something lose or broken there!
