I think Honda service intervals are described in the user guide but I am not sure about the fluids

Are we talking miles or kilometres? Cost of a 16,000 mile service is bloody eye watering, I thought I must be getting a new bike, let alone a brake fluid change

I had to make sure I had not bought a Ducati! The following 16.000miles gave me a chance to save for 32!

I knew the 16000 mile service was very costly when I bought the bike so took out the service plan as buying the 3 services in advance actually saves a load of cash.

I'm just trying to find out if I should change the clutch and brake fluids myself now as they won't get done on the 16k or if I should wait for the service as they will do it as part of the service?

All the hand book says is it gets inspected.....??

How old is the fluid? Two years is the limit and before that they test it with a moisture meter.

I know discussing money is not something we Brits do - our US friends are far more open!
So for the sake of world wide clarity - lets have the price of the 16,000 mile service from a main dealer please! or 25k kilometres if in EU

IIRC £400+. It’s the valve clearances, the forward valves need a lot of stuff taking off to get at them
