I noticed a few people saying they had wired the genuine foglight switch to their non honda lights,I have givi s310 halogen lights( I have ordered some led bulbs for the lights) is it possible to wire those to the genuine switch? The givi wiring to givi switch seems a lot thicker than the delicate honda switch wiring or should i junk the 310s in favour of leds??

also which wire is which on the honda switch  :008:

If your CT is equipped with original Honda heated grips, it means that you already have extra harness at R/S of your bike and you don't have to run power supply from battery. It's called quartet harness  and part number is 08A00MGH640- picture below.

I am sure Matt is right but although my bike has Honda heated grips i could find anything that looked like a aux wiring harness -maybe I was in the wrong area (behind left side panel).I got an  Af Twin switch off ebay -worked a treat.Just wish I could find that switched live feed as my supply is from the battery ( via fuse and harness that came with the twin lamps)

No heated grips but I have used the givi wiring harness to wire up the lights :)
