got stuck in today on the DCT and found a slight problem. With German efficiency the fitting procedure is written in German and English with parts labelled BUT there are 3 new chrome mounting bolts -all difference lengths.it would have been easy to give them a number -or just say which length went where! Anyone know? Does it matter?-must do or they wouldn't supply 3 different ones!
anyway I couldn't fit the right one -when you start a bolt on the front, the back one wont start -and vice versa .I think there is a slight misalignment -or i it me?
did fit a Leo vince can -that was easy, even for me! no "noisier" at low revs which is good.

Bazza, longest bolt (150mm) long. Rear most left side of bike.

140mm long bolt... Lower front left side.

110mm bolt.... Right side upper rear.. lower front reuses stock bolt..

Support engine with Jack to aline bolts.. 👍

thanks Banksy for that. Did your bolts go straight in? As I only did the RH side -as taking the panel off left to do wiring - so assume the engine won't move in the frame if still bolted on left side. But not a problem can do.

My bolts all went in by hand, though I did have a jack under the front headers just taking the weight before the old bolts came out. Very pleased with the bars themselves.

    great if you can.
I fitted a secondhand Leo Vince can -that went stright on and didn't use the £26 gasket ring that the original needs!

Update. call me a "D***head" but I had the  answer from Banksy -the right front bar mounting fits BEHIND the frame bar, between the tube and the engine  -where the alloy spacer was.Seems a strange place but thanks anyway .
