Honda panniers- missing rubber bung

Can anyone help me find the part number or where I can source the rubber bung’ that fits on the rear foot peg extension that secures Honda panniers at the bottom?
I managed to get hold of 2nd hand panniers but didn’t come with the rubber bung at the bottom.
