I'm 194cm and find the bike perfect? Do you feel much of an improvement by doing these few bits to the bike?

I'm a bit frustrated...
As handlebar risers and footpegs lowering systems seems quite comon in the motorcycle world, it seems hard to find some fine and inexpensive one for the CT...

I am 198cm and find CT avsome, comparing to '99 Varadero is much much more comfortable. No risers, or else.

It's good that you are fine with your bike.
For myself, it stats to be unconfortable after 1 hour
