    Hello folks,

    I see there are some (very old) posts on here regarding the above, but nothing recent.

    Has anyone fitted one of these, and if so, how do they rate them ?

    For;
    1)  Enthusiastic solo riding.
    2)  Fully loaded with pillion riding.

    Any info very much appreciated.

    Bye for now.

    Wack

    Hello Wack,
                      You have probably read my previous post re. the Fournales shock I have on my CT. Nothing much to add except I am still pleased with it. In my opinion the more spirited you ride the bike the better the shock performs. Can't comment on two up performance as SWMBO stopped riding pillion 40 years ago. For solo riding I have tried various pressures, but have found the standard pressure is best.

    As I said on Facebook, both my wife and I have them on our Crosstourers, they are BRILLIANT in both spirited riding and touring, no matter what load you put on them.
    Our CT’s are both lowered and we both had problems with the centre stands grounding before fitting the airshocks. After fitting absolutely no problem even showing a Triumph Street Triple the way through the Galloway forest park at a totally illegal rate.
    They’ve taken us up the Stelvio, fully loaded camping gear trips at spirited rates, you name it TOTALLY satisfied and if you do enough mileage they can be sent back to the factory for a refurb👍👍👍

    Thanks for the responses folks, I think I might give the rear shock a go !

    Gfc,

    Just love that lovely road up the coast from Larne to Bally Castle (the A2 I think). Great ride  :152: :046:
