Warranty length for UK registered bike

Hello, again. I've returned to the CT once more after four years of very satisfying ownership of an FJR1300. Prior to the FJR I had a CT for a couple of years. I picked the new bike up last week, a pre registered 2019 manual model with zero miles. The salesman told me I still have the balance of the two year Honda warranty, it dawned on me yesterday that I seem to recall the CT has a three year warranty as standard, is that still the case? Also, does the breakdown cover the same period, not that I expect to be needing it.

It's nice to have the commanding riding position again, and the slimmer feeling of the chasis. It did seem a bit odd though that this mammoth motor actually felt fairly light after years of lugging the Yam in and out of the garage, now that really is heavy bike.

Both my CTs have had a 3 yr warrenty but so common for dealers to tell owners they have 2, its come up on here several times.

Thanks very much, I thought that was the case. A little extra piece of mind, it just means I'll have to pay the exorbitant servicing prices a little longer until I can do it myself, as I always do. I'm looking forward to giving it a proper run.

I bought 03/2017 model, with 0km, new bike  in Germany in 10/2019, and thay told me the warrenty expires 03/2020.
Think the warreny goes from the day the bike is geting to dealer sallon!

Did Honda eventually resolve the issues with the drive shaft and pre-load adjuster with the later models, I remember my old bike having to go back for some new parts, unless I'm mistaken, I may be confusing it with the VFR1200f I had back in 2012. Now that bike was an absolute steal, I paid £6,500 for a brand new dct version, how prices have risen in the last few years! I recall buying a brand new Blackbird in 2007 for about 6 grand, a few places are asking nearly that for a used one of the same vintage nowadays. Price is one reason why I bought a CT again, it's still a lot of bike for the money in comparison with the more modern adventure bikes and it should last me a good few years, I can also do the spannering myself easily enough.

There was a recall on the driveshaft, my original 2013 bike was effected and had the new shaft. I think bikes 15 and/or later had it sorted.
Also had the seizing preload adjuster knob on my original bike, though mine didnt sieze it did dump is hydraulic oil, thankfully just inside warrenty, the replacement had a different adjuster.
