Yeah, I've a good few miles on them now.......they are absolutely brilliant (they replaced Conti TA3....and that's a very high bar)

I fitted the Dunlop Trailmax Meridian  on my CT a few weeks back and have done about 500 miles now in various conditions, including heavy rain. Overall, I'm impressed, seem nice and grippy, a definite improvement over the Metzler Tourances I have been using for a long time. Wet grip felt good, at least as good as PR5s I had on another bike. I did feel a little 'vagueness' in the front on a couple of occasions when I was 'making progress', but nothing scary, or unstable. I suspect I was probably going significantly quicker than I would have done on the Tourances. I've got a Nitron shock and Maxton forks on my CT, so I may have been getting nearer, but not close, to the edge of the handling envelope for the first time  :008: :008:

Forgot to say, I paid £276 from Two Tyres online. Great service from them with free 48 hour delivery. My local tyre expert charged £30 for fitting to the loose wheels.

They are that good......I may just fit another set!!!

Although, I have an itch to try the Dunlop Mutants....... which has only just been made available in our size.
