    Squeaking Rear Brake

Anyone shed any light on this noise, wasn’t like it 300 miles ago, but has become noticeable when I push the bike into the garage and push the bike up and down.
At first I thought it was suspension but it’s the pads moving across the disc.
When I centre stand the bike and move turn the rear wheel you hear it then.

Wow that's a curious noise. Seems a lot of noise for such little physical movement as well. I would try giving the brakes and discs a good clean to flush out any brake dust because I know that causes squeaks and squeal. Failing that I would give the bike a good going over by hand feeling for anything that's loose or rubbing and try WD40 to see if that deals with it.

Thanks for that it’s definitely the rear brake.  Up on the centre stand, the smallest movement of the rear wheel it’s LOUD.
I’ll give the brake cleaner a go....

Does the wheel spin freely while on the centre stand?

I had both friction pads drop off one of my brake pads the other week.
Pulled up at home and started to wheel the bike backwards and one dropped out.
So when I was replacing the pair, that particular pad had no friction pads on it.
I found the other friction pad later on, on the path!
