Please don't compare the OEM shock with only a Hyperpro pring against a fully adjustable shock.
I still go for the complete Hyperpro and the fact that they did the bushings wrong only makes my choice stronger.
The hassle you had to get here also doesn't work in favor for Tractive.
Hope it's worth is in the end.

Hallo Ray!  You like Hyperpro, you buy Hyperpro!
I made my choice and i bought and install Tractive shock!
Time will tell if it is good or not!
With this topic i want to share my expirience to others about Tractive Shock! If you do not like my choise ok! If you do not like Tractive suspesion, open another topic and write about your expirience!
It is nonsens, to sugest what i could do with my money, maybe i should buy white or grey Crosstourer not red/black!
I m happy with my choice!

So i would like to review the Tractive shock upgrade after 500km!
I have to add that i also chanage the tyres before! 150km!
New Tyres Michelin Pilot Road 5 trail.
I had a lot of short rides on local tarmac roads solo and with my daughter (65kg).
Some of the roads are very bad and some are good!
Before i had a Oem Shock and Oem paird with Hyperpro spring!
Front is with Hyperpro springs!
The diference after shock chanage and tyres chanage is very big, specialy with pilon!
I had shock ordered for 105kg with gear
Before on the very bad roads with waves whole bike was jarring and i had feeling somebody would kick me on my but wail passing biger holes or bumps!
Now the back is more controled and more plush!
With new tyres and SFK seals on the front forks(i had a lot of stiction before) the bike become more confy but still firm for faster corner riding!
I  think the front is not on the level with rear shock!
Maybe i wil upgrade it with new catrige(Adreani)
The bike feels beter, riding feeling got few levels up!
That for now i wil add more  impressions after few tousend km! 😃

nice. Tractive is some of the best out there. Personally i prefer Tractive over hyperpro anytime. Ik think the finich on the hyperpro is nah and also it seems more of a mid range than a premium shock.

Ohlins would be great oo. I think hyperpro is more in the ballpark of the wilbers.

Midrange is fine by the way for my kind of riding. I have a wilber nivomat installed. Perfecly comfortable. But it is not the premium shock wilbers also makes. It is not in that price rance either.

I did not try Hyperpro rear shock for comparation, but so far Tractiv is working fine! In the time of order i was about +100kg so i ordered the shock for 105kg! Now i m 95kg, and shoch works stil fine!
Stil checking for any leaks or anything that could go wrong after the ride!
So far everything is ok!!  :152:
