Picked up these the other day.. Very happy.

    DRLs

Spots with high beams. Light throw on unlit roads is now fantastic.

Yup.  Very nice.   I am unfamiliar with the name Dri Spot.  Is that the brand or type?   Sorry for the spoon feeding.

Mzflorida.  DRL.. Daytime Running Light.. They are lit with the head light to provide extra visibility.. Spots come on with the High beam.

Drl-spot isn't the brand, just they have both functions. The lights are by Osram.

Thanks very much!  I really like the x pattern as it is unusual and probably provides increased distinction and results in fewer pullouts.  May change to this rig.  Appreciated!

Where did you pick these up from? Were they easy to wire in?

Interested in these myself. The only Osram product I can find that looks similar is the cube mx85-wd but they say they're for off road use only! Available at bowerspartsonline.co.uk they also have an eBay store.

Most extra lights are "offroad use only"  There are legal limits as to what you can throw for lumens in an average low beam.  Most exceed it so hence the label.  Very nice kit from the looks of it.

I buy my stuff from ADVMonster.  He has a store front but I stumbled over his stuff on advrider.  At the time he was less than half major suppliers and not as sketchy as the really chinese stuff.  Not sure where he sits now price wise.
I have changed out 3 or 4 in 10(?) years.  From dirt bikes to street bikes, Ironically the changes were all the VFR but they were all lights off other bikes and all had a lot of use.  Mine run all the time so that's over say 70K miles of commuting, highway and a dirt bike.
