    New To Crosstourer

    Hi folks,
I'm Andy from Leeds and I've been lurking around here for a while.  After 8 years on a Tiger 1050 I was looking to change two years ago. I tested the Explorer 1200 and a Crosstourer DCT.  I went with my head rather than my heart and decided on the Triumph.  BIG mistake!  I never really gelled with it at all.  It would flop into corners and I could never get on with Triumph's programming of the fly by wire throttle, which gave the feeling of having a massively loose throttle cable with lots of free play (if you see what I mean!). Also it seemed flat as a fart below 3000 compared to my old 1050.
Anyway here I am now with the bike I should have bought in the first place Its a 2019 DCT.

I don't see the 2019 model on Honda website.  The last model was 2017.

Asct17:  The last model in the US was 2017.  Things are different across the pond.

Ernest_T_Bass: No it is not.  That latest version on the UK website that I see is for the Black/Red color scheme.  If you look at the link it says vfr1200x-2016.   Crosstourer was not produced after 2017.

Mine is 2017.  Go to this website.  It will decode it for you.  Then let me know.

Look at the 10th character from the left and tell me what do you have.
