Pirelli Scorpions and so far so good
Plenty grip in the wet and the cold
Plus they have a cool red scorpion logo on the tyre wall!!

I'm on the Conti TA3 at the moment...........fantastc grip on the road. Great in cold & wet weather.

Next tyre change I am going to go to the 170 rear and 120 front........this will give a better choice. I would love to try Dunlop Mutants.

Do you change the complete wheels or just the rims to accommodate those sizes?
In the ideal situation the 10 wider in the front might work but the 20 wider on the back will change the shape of the tyre too much.
I would recommend the Michelin Anakee Adventure in the right sizes, good grip and handling with a good lifespan (i do about 14k km on the set).
