    Hello folks,

Has anyone else had problems with the CT manual gearbox ???

I've had an intermittent jumping out of gear issue (between 4th & 5th) from new. Asked for it to be investigated at both first and second year services, without any success. And now, six months out of warranty, having bought the bike, I've got a CT with a permenantly dodgey fourth gear !

Not getting much joy with either the dealership or Honda !!!

I'm a very pissed off, probably soon to be ex Honda rider (of more than 20 years).

I look forward to hearing from anyone who has had any similar issues.

    Wack

It's a false neutral and mostly occurs when people don't adjust the shift pedal to their feet/boots.
Often the pedal is set to high and in the higher gears the rpm is too low when shifting, in that case the next gear doesn't pull itself in.

    Hello Ray,

I've had the intermittent problem from new, adjusted the gear shift to suit me, my boots etc etc multiple times. Still does it ! And now it appears to have damaged fourth gear permanently !
