and just taken delivery of Pirelli Angel GTs to replace the stock Scorpion Trail that came with the bike. Did some research and didn’t find anything negative and although not an aggressive tread pattern, 99% of my riding is on tarmac. Tyres getting fitted beginning of July so will report back on first impressions if anyone is interested.

Hi jumper I've had Pirelli Angel GTs on my CT for a while now just put my second rear on. You won't be disappointed. I have to admit to being a bit biased to Pirelli having had them on previous bikes. Fireblade track bike on Diablo Rosso and Honda blackbird on Diablo strada. Hated the bridgestones the bike came on didn't feel connected to the bike but as soon as the pirellis went on I had the bike back. Look forward to your opinion. The other plus side is the price!  :002:

I used Angel GT before the current Metzlers
Perfectly fine for me and my limited appreciation of riding tyres to the limit. I had no remotely off-road aspirations.
Decent choice imho and usually at a reasonable price  :152:

Hi, you should like the Angel GTs. I had a set on my Aprila Dorsoduro and they were fantastic. Stick like glue and wear very well. Don’t ride in rain much, so can’t comment on wet riding.
