Last week i bought a set of panniers at Mosko Moto plus a duffel. Great stuff and a perfect mix of the good parts from hard and soft luggage i think. I'm going to use the panniers for daily rides, off-road and long trips and the duffel only for the long trips.
They have lockstraps so you can lock the bags to secure the content and at the same time to the bike.
As i said i have 3 bags so i ordered 3 lockstraps with it and they matched the keys so i only need 1 key.
Even tough they realy are quality bags there was one faulty buckle for mounting the backplate to the rack with i for the moments solved with some M6 nuts.
I sent a picture with a description by mail and quickly got an out of office with an explanation that the whole team was on a trip to discover and get to know the new products (you need to know what you sell) and that they get back to e as soon as possible. A day or two later another mail that they didn't forgot about me and the next day the answer to my mail. They also took made an effort to seek my shipping address and already sent off the package with a new buckle
Great service and aftersales, they clearly stand behind their products.

They come with an external pocket witch i didn't put on yet and i don't have a picture of the 60Ltr duffel, still in the package.
There are always lots of negative posts and often even not fair because sometimes companies never get the change to solve a problem. So i thought i put some positive feedback to a problem
