    New to the VFR1200X DCT - happily so. Just picked up a showroom fresh, brand new, 2017 after ditching my bmw c650gt. Wanting that big wheel turn in - and screw shifting gears!

    Freshly 50, medically retired and trying my best in the world.

    I’m in mid farkle - just upgraded springs (I’m a big man, it’s not my fault), and am slowly making my way through installing the litany of must haves - crash bars, panniers, top case, etc.. All for a bike that’ll see a few fire roads, and hopefully many road miles.

    Hope to see and meet any of you out there...
