Does anyone know whether vfr1200f wheels will fit the Crosstourer. pretty keen to have one set of road only wheels plus a set of wheels with fairly agressive tyres so i dont have to compromise so much with tyre selection.

The rear will fit one on one but front not.

Thanks. Do you know of any other front wheels that would fit or could be modified to fit. Obviously it would be necessary to keep the existing caliper position. Im pretty handy from an engineering perspective.

I thought the front wheel of a CB1300 coupe be made to fit.
But i don't know if it fit's without changes to the brakes or something other that makes changing between the BB ang OEM wheel.

https://www.1000ps.de/modellnews-2358856-crosstourer-by-schick These guys have done it using CB1300 front wheel but modified. Not sure about the forks and brakes. Looks neat though

That's where i got the CB1300 wheel from but couldn't find it.
Don't know how your German is but in de specs it says nothing about a change of the fork other than Wilbers springs inside.
The CB wheel is modified just as the ABS ring. The front fender is a lightly modified CB1000R one and the brake discs are custom made (By ABM).

Tried google translate. But I think you'd already figured out most of it Ray.

Some of the new Big Enduros, whose driving dynamics, chassis, and rims have clearly moved away from meaningful off-road use over the years, are not yet roadworthy enough to start a serious attack on sporty tourers and super athletes despite equivalent forces. The same is true of Ernst Schick and Son, whose Tyrolean Goldwing Center suggests a calm mood, but which are more likely to be attributed to the red-brown CBR block and accordingly propagate and practice radical racing.

Already in early spring, father and son head to Mugello to indulge in the first and not the last high-speed high rush of the season on the fastest straight line in the MotoGP portfolio. Against this background, it is no wonder if a cross-tourer is crossed at Schick until it meets the athletic demands of the two men. Three conspecifics had to serve as donors, CB1300, VFR1200F and CB1000R. The fork got new muscle fibers from Wilbers and a 17-inch wheel with Bridgestone BT-016 rubber turns under the naked bike fender at the front. The result looks black and white, but it will glow brightly in the Alpine mountain classification.

    front: CB1300 modified
ABS ring in front: CB1300 modified
    Rear rim: from the VFR1200F
    Front brake discs: custom-made ABM
    Front fender: CB1000R slightly modified
    Front fork springs: Wilbers
Front tires: Bridgestone BT016 Pro 120/70/17
Rear tires: Bridgestone BT016 Pro 190/55/17
