It now appears that BJ has given the green light for us to get back on two wheels - yippee -  with the news that we can travel anywhere (as long as we avoid Scotland and Wales  ) in order to exercise.
Thanks BJ, you’ve no idea what this release means, 7 months without using the CT, due to shoulder surgery, including 8 weeks of self isolating lock down was starting to take it’s toll. 
So come Monday the walking boots will be placed in the top box, along with a flask of tea, and I’m away, to
re-aquaint myself with the lanes of Lincolnshire, which at present seem a distant memory, on my way to my “exercise” destination. 
So come guys, who else is, or has already taken the plunge and ventured out.

Yep, got a nice ride in today about 170 miles round trip

Yes, a nice bimble out cross-country to Rivington and back. I didn't stop anywhere, just rode  . It was very busy around Rivington, lots of walkers and cyclists out and who can blame them?

I got involved with a PPE delivery thing over here in Ireland and have been on a few nice little spins over the last few weeks.
I got up to Virginia in Co.Cavan on Saturday (about 250 km round trip) to hand over 4500 gloves and 100 N95 masks that where destined for a nursing home in Co.Donegal.

  The lanes of Lincolnshire certainly didn’t disappoint today  had a great ride and even got to see the Red Arrows practicing at RAF Scampton, brilliant.
