Honda Crosstourer VFR1200X DCT Highlander Edition FDSH *SOLD*

    Hello,

I'm putting my Crosstourer up for sale due to no longer needing it for commuting (which I didn't do over winter especially if there was a sniff of grit/salt on the roads!).

It's a 2014 model (and the highest spec one they did being the Highlander) so includes the following:

Full Honda luggage (top box and 2 side panniers - I only had the panniers fitted once, for the ride home after buying the bike. They've been stored in sacks in the loft since).
    ABS Brakes
Traction control (3 stage or off)
    Shaft drive
Honda heated grips (the good ones) 3 settings
DCT gearbox (can be used on manual, auto or sport) - it's a real joy to ride and not worry about gears, especially at slower speeds/filtering.
    Honda engine bars
    Honda LED fog lamps (switchable)
    Full LED display
    LED indicators

    Extras the previous owner added:

    Radiator guard
Piug light smoke touring screen (will include in sale the original screen)
Hepco & Becker sump bash plate
    Front fenda extenda
    Rear hugger
    Rear splash guard
    Honda tank pad
    Datatag
    12v power outlet

    Extras I've added:
Barkbusters handguards (two point mount version) with Storm covers
Leo Vince exhaust (can include the original)
Scorpian Trakking Adventure tracker (subscription is £99/year and the current one runs until March 2021)
    40mm bar risers

    Full Dealer Service History:

    621 miles - Aug 2014
    4993 miles - June 2017
    7617 miles - February 2019
    15317 miles - October 2019

    Comes with 3 keys.

Had a new rear tyre fitted in October at 15,105 miles, and also a new radiator later that same month at the 16k service, both at my local Honda dealer. I have the receipts to show.

    MOT to 11th July 2021

17,000 miles covered (11k of these were done under my ownership, pretty much all for commuting which was 98 miles/day of 95% steady motorway at around 70mph in order to get around 250 miles from a tank).

New Honda (Yuasa) battery fitted June 2020.

The Touratech high seat and Givi Airflow in some of the photos have been removed and being sold separately.

It was always garaged since new until last year when I moved, where it's been stored under an XL Armadillo folding bike tent.

Any questions let me know! Am located near Canterbury in Kent.

Photos are prior to Leo Vince and Barkbusters being fitted.

    Price is £6595.

Updated the original ad with the service intervals and the fact I have 3 keys.

I also took some more photos this week (with the Touratech high seat and Givi Airflow fitted which I'll be selling separately).

I preferred the Givi Airflow. I'm 6'3" so this gave better wind protection.
