Addition to the garage

While hunkered down indoors self isolating during the COVID-19 outbreak I’ve learnt that I may have a few pounds heading my way in the near future.
I think I’ve decided to “splash the cash” and treat myself to another set of wheels.
I’m seriously looking at getting a new Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor. I think they look terrific and offer exceptional value for money, while offering something completely and satisfyingly different to the CT.
Only problem is, I can’t make my mind up which colour to go for. So come on guys, let’s have your comments and opinions as to which of the below colours you prefer.
My current favourite is the red and white with a gold stripe option.

Red and white all the way Dave. The interceptor is lovely bike. Not sure who is your local RE dealer but Cooperb near Wellingborough is where I bought my Himalayan and I can highly recommend them. Got a very good name on the forums and are really passionate about the brand.

Should my windfall become a reality I’ll certainly be heading out to Wellingborough Paul.
Coronavirus and social distancing not withstanding wevcould meet up for a brew.

The correct answer is...
Chrome and burnt orange.
Whatever u go for, lovely things. Proper heavy metal. Just a wee bit too big for the Boss to handle (her thoughts) or I would be having one. Had a good look over them at the bike show and found it difficult to pick holes in it. They nailed it.

Couple of things I don’t like about the Baker Street colour scheme are the black wheels and the extra long front and rear mudguards....... starting to waver towards the black version.

Dave,
The Missenden Flyer has the Baker bike. Got a few vids on tweeks he's made. You really need to see them in the flesh to make your mind up. Cooperb definitly had a Baker in the showroom a week or so ago. May have had a Chrome too.
Also, just so you know, Cooperb has now gone appointment only during this Corona (preferred it when it was fizzy pop) crisis.
Asd for changing your mind. When i decided i was going to buy my first CT. I was set to go for silver, ordered white, then asked Dobles to hold off for few days and bought the red one.

Your spot on Paul, it’s always better to see them in the flesh and as for the Missenden Flyer he appears to have sorted both the front and rear mudguard issue.
Once this awful situation is resolved and assuming my ‘windfall’ comes through I’ll certainly be taking a serious look at all the versions in the flesh and hopefully take a test ride.

While scrolling around the tinternet I’ve come across this little beauty for sale.
I remember taking Foxes Kawasaki’s demo for a lengthy test ride and completely falling in love with it but alas a deal could not be had against my then T140V Bonneville so sadly had to give the keys back.
