    Has anyone tried to install givi regular crash bars on a vfr1200x DCT :784:

    I believe it can be done but you need to cut a little out of the plastic DCT cover to clear one of the mounts.

    It worked great . you have to cut the cover to fit. the only problem is to take that cover off you must loosen the crash bar to get it off :787:

    I'm not quite sure but I think Givi has a dedicated crash bar just for the DCT

    They do there is a trim out in the bar for the cover.  You wedge a socket in there to tighten it up.
