    Well after some more research here I've had the forks off, drained the stock oil and replaced with silkolene 15w.. Happy with the results!!! Cost £12 for oil and some of my time 😀

    I did purchase a similar kit with the upgraded shock.  The front is greatly improved but not exactly what I was looking for.  Unquestionably an improvement over stock.  The rear shock is outstanding.  I was told it is very much like a racing shock.  However, it is so tunable that it works really well for touring and around town.
