    OEM Rear spring color

I saw a post where someone from Thailand changed his stock rear spring for a Hyperpro spring. His stock spring was white, and the hyperpro black.

I want to upgrade my rear suspension. My rear spring IS black... So I'm having a hunch that I might already have an upgraded rear spring.

Can anyone tell me what colour his/her rear spring is, and how I can see if mine is already a hyperpro?

    Regards,

    Ron

Are there no markings on it? Or failing that a visit to the nearest Honda dealer or suspension specialist.

0 markings. I could try and count the amount of spirals it has and compare it online lol... But other than that, I have no idea if I have a stock spring or some other brand. And seeing that white oem rear spring confuses me. I do expect 3rd parties to brand their products with some sort of printed text.

Replaced mine with a Niton. Didn’t do the remote adjustment though, it was ruinously expensive as it was!
And, to be honest, i thought it made much less difference to the ride than better foam on the seat did!

I have a Top Sellerie seat. Higher than stock and with Balistic foam. And for long distances I use a sheepskin to eliminate every kind of saddle sore!
