Motobatt
on: February 25, 2020, 06:17:16 PM
Heard a lot of good things about motobatt on several forums. They list their model no. MBTX9U as a replacement for Yuasa ytz14s the CT comes with. The motobatt has 160CCA whereas the Yuasa has 230CCA which concerns me. Has anyone tried one of these in their CT?
They offer a considerable saving over the Yuasa.

Only new to the CT scene...... but as a rule of thumb..I would never drop CCA's when buying a replacement battery.....always go up.

Thats a good recommendation. Was it the Motobatt you had in when the battery wouldn't click the DCT into neutral?
