    Rear preload clicks.

Hi Guys, hello, new to this forum and looking for some advice, I have just bought my second crosstourer and I cant remember how many clicks the rear preload should have, I ask because when I visited the dealership I knew there had been issues previously and when I tried it there it was sticking, maybe going half a turn and one click, they said they would sort it and lo and behold on delivery today it was just the same despite me asking if it had been done, Anyway the bike went back and I am waiting for their prognosis.
Can these be serviced, or is it a unit swap, The thing I don't understand is the bike still has warranty and it came from a Honda dealer so I cant think why they wouldn't sort it properly, I dont really want it with another squirt of WD40 to last a month!
    Ta, Rob.

Heard from them this morning and they are going to put a new one on! I thought they might have stuck a couple of new tyres on or something to make me happy but it appears all they will do is change the shock like they should have done prior to delivery and apologised.
Doesn't help really the fact that the exciting new bike feel has been tarnished and I had a wasted day off work. Grrr.
