Had a letter from Honda this Morning the residual is now £6500.00, See my post further down, I don't know if It has been dropped pricewise or I cocked it up, But I see it as a bargain if you are after a new bike. Cheers Owen.

I can't believe that the price on the CT has dropped so far, so fast. I paid £8600 for my 16 Highlander in August!

Not that it bothers me too much as I'll be keeping hold of it.

Edit: Just had a look on Autotrader and they're still being advertised at £8500 trade, surely there isn't a 20-25% mark up for traders on second hand purchases/trade ins.  Criminal if it is!

Old enough to know better but young enough to do it anyway!

Some seven months ago there was a bike I was interested at CMC Cannock, I asked how much for my Crosstourer,  £6000, was the answer, I said you taking the piss,he replied they stick to the floor, A week prev there was three Crossers in the show room not there now, O he said they where sent to Chesterfield, at this point I departed. Brooded as I do back at home I rang that branch, The reply they had not any in for a while. A lot of dealers take the piss, but they seem to get away with it ??. The Crosstourer has now gone to a new home, I have dropped on a 2012 Gs1200 as a temporary measure, After all my years of hooting at them it is actually a well thought out bike to ride, But I still don't like it, I really don't know what to go for next, I miss my Crosstourer, It's the weight that dictated the change. Along with my health,Cheers Owen.
