I have a DCT so dyno isnt an option.
Honda has 'envroment friendly mapping settings' so the bike runs poor in aprox. 2000-6000 rpm, my fuel injection-mapping is now much richer in those rev ranges. So no doubt the bike is much more powerful. The power in low revs feels like driving in much higher revs. I dont know if the bike has more top HP, but I'm sure it has more available HP in lower revs.
I'm always very skeptical about these things, and lauch at guys who tell me they can feel the extra 2 HP when mounted a new exhaust or they can feel the bike has new oil
