I changed my front fork seals at 31545  I think my right hand fork had started to leak when I changed my springs now at 37700 miles the right it’s gone again I don’t go off road Its going to take at least 3 weeks for a date with my local Honda Dearler I have only done just over 6000 miles ish I go for my 3rd set of seals if they keep going I may have to look at a new forks unless others have other ways on this.

Replace the bushes.  I see one of em is a bit pricey.  If/when you have the old ones in hand, contact Pyramid Parts with the dimensions and they may be able to match them up.

Careful inspection of the tube..........if it has nick or deep scratch.......the new seal is damaged same as the old seal.

Bushings are a possibility........but usually at higher mileage.

When my seals failed in the mud on the Dempster Highway, my trusty Honda dealer suggested I use higher quality SKF seals. They were a bit more spendy than the Honda seals but who cares?  :305:

Did you replace with the same OEM seals that keep failing or did you go with something better?
